Overview:
One of the key requirements for downloading new orders in the Webgility application is the Order Number. Currently, the Webgility application supports the 'Sequential Order Number' plugin from the WooCommerce platform. If you are using any other third-party plugin to assign order numbers in WooCommerce, it may disrupt the order number sequence and impact the order download process in the Webgility application.
Guide to address this:
Login to your WooCommerce/WordPress Admin panel using your Admin Credentials, then on the left-hand side panel navigate to Plugins and Installed Plugins.
In the search box search for βCustom Order Numberβ. Once this plugin is accessible in the list then click on Deactivate button for the same, once deactivated then you can click on Delete to remove it completely.
Once done then try downloading your orders again in the Webgility application.
