What’s New in Beta 2
1. Ask About Your Orders and Product Data
The AI Assistant now understands your store’s data and can answer questions about your sales, customers, and items.
Sample queries you can try:
- “Who are my top 10 customers?”
- “Which items had the highest sales last month?”
- “What is the total revenue of my orders this year?”
You can explore trends, identify top performers, or check historical data—all with a simple question.
2. Tariff Assistant (Powered by HTS Database)
You can now get answers related to tariff rates, including calculations and explanations.
Example:
- “What is my tariff rate for stuffed bear from China?”
The assistant will pull data from the official Harmonized Tariff Schedule and provide a contextual explanation.
Note:
- The default import country is United States, unless otherwise specified.
- Be specific with product descriptions—variants may have different tariff classifications.
You can also refer the Harmonized Tariff Schedule by the help of reference https://hts.usitc.gov/ also you can refer how the tariff assistant works.
3. Knowledge Base Integration
The AI Assistant now taps into our Help Center, giving you immediate access to setup guides, troubleshooting steps, and product documentation.
Try asking things like:
- “How do I add my Shopify store?”

- “How do I match products?”
The assistant will either walk you through the answer or link you directly to the most relevant article.
