Step 1: Review Connection and Sync Status

  3. Navigate to Connections > Sales channels > Manage sales channel > Action >Edit and click on test connection.


Step 3: Refresh Product Listings

  1. Navigate to Connections > Accounting/POS/ERP > Sync Settings > Products.

  2. Choose a date (e.g., 2019).

  3. Save and continue.

  4. Go to Products > All Products and refresh the page and check if all products are visible.
