Release notes for Webgility Online v8.59.0

This Webgility Online release adds native support for QuickBooks Online multi-entity customers.

What's New?

QuickBooks Online Multi-Entity Support (IES)

  • Webgility Online now supports connecting more than one QuickBooks Online company under a single Webgility Online subscription — built for Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) customers running multiple legal entities, brands, or regions
  • Mapping is what ties a sales channel to a specific QBO company — once mapped, that channel's orders, products, customers, refunds, fees, and deposits only ever sync to that entity, keeping every entity's books isolated
  • Multiple sales channels can be mapped to the same QBO company — mapping is one-to-one per channel (a channel maps to exactly one company), not one-to-one per company
  • Previously, an IES customer with N entities needed N separate Webgility Online subscriptions with no unified view
  • The sales channel switcher in the top navigation now shows each channel's mapped company at a glance
  • Channels can be unmapped and remapped at any time — orders received while unmapped are held, not lost
  • Available only for Complete Enterprise Webgility Online plan subscribers
