This article highlights the new HubSpot ticket tracking feature in Webgility Online v8.27.0. Users can now access ticket status directly within the Webgility Online app via single sign-on from the profile dropdown menu. The update allows users to view all tickets belonging to their organization, rather than only their own, providing better visibility and streamlined support management across the company.

What’s new?

Hubspot ticket status can be tracked within the app:

  • Single sign on from Webgility Online in-app menu, the users can find a “Ticket Status” under the profile dropdown - leading them to the ticket portal
  • Track all the tickets belong to the whole company- the users now can see all tickets owned by the organization instead of only themselves.
