Release Notes for Webgility Online v7.11.0

This article highlights the key features introduced in Webgility Online v7.11.0. The update enhances accounting, product, and inventory management by allowing users to customize accounting settings per sales channel, manage products in a single intuitive view, and track inventory and pricing in separate tabs. Additionally, out-of-sync products can now be quickly synced between QuickBooks and connected sales channels, providing greater operational control and efficiency for e-commerce businesses.

What's new?

  • You can now customize your accounting method for each sales channel.
    Choose “No” to download settlements, payouts and orders to QuickBooks as summaries for faster reconciliation. Or choose “Yes” to record every transaction event (order, refund, etc.) as it happens.

  • You can now create, map, unmap, ignore, and restore products in a single view in more user-friendly and intuitive experience.

  • You can now view inventory and pricing details in two separate tabs.
    Sync inventory between QuickBooks and your sales channels from the inventory screen, selecting out-of-sync products, defining the direction of the sync, and clicking on sync button.
