Release Notes for Webgility Desktop v9.6.6

Settlement Report Enhancements

Simplified and Optimized Settlement Report Posting

We have significantly improved the performance of the Settlement Report by optimizing the downloading process, which now excludes S0 orders from the missing list in the Reconciliation flow. This change will drastically reduce download times, especially for customers with a large volume of S0 orders.

Repost Deleted Transactions

We have introduced a new "Deleted from QuickBooks" tab. This feature allows you to quickly find and repost deleted or missing transactions from QuickBooks, saving you valuable time and effort when reconciling settlement reports.

Usability Improvements

Enhanced Accessibility

We have added a new "Undo Sync" button directly to the Partial Order tab, making it easier and quicker to reverse a sync without having to navigate to another screen.

Redownload Ignored Orders

You can now redownload ignored orders directly from the settlement report posting, eliminating the need to visit a separate screen and simplifying your workflow.

Security and Compliance

Enhanced Security

To strengthen the security of our platform API, we now use an expiable JWT token that automatically expires every six hours.

Other Notable Improvements

We've also included several other important updates in this release:

  • Light Speed Compliance: The authentication flow has been updated with necessary parameters to ensure compliance.

  • Endicia Compliance: We now support Ground Advantage services for the Endicia Label Server.

  • Licensing Issue: We have resolved a discrepancy in the Order Download Count for Licensing.
