How to Fix Product Synchronization Problems with Connected Stores in Webgility Desktop

Steps for Product Catalog Refresh Issues:

1. Checked the sales channel connection. Please follow the steps given in the following help article: Resolve Sales Channel Connection Issues with Webgility Desktop.

2. Once connected, navigate to the products tab and download the latest list of products from the sales channel.

3. Check if the product's quantity and price are matching and also if you are able to see the complete list of products.
