Overview:

This error occurs under two conditions:

1). The user has set the order flag to display as an error in the sync settings.

 

2). The user's QuickBooks Online plan does not support the inventory item feature.

Resolution Steps:

Step 1: Verify Product Mapping Ensure the product causing the error is mapped correctly between your sales channel and QuickBooks Online. Follow this guide on product mapping for detailed instructions. Link

Step 2: Re-Sync Products

  1. In Webgility Online navigate to the Sync Settings tab, then click on Products.

  2. In the top-right corner, open the dropdown menu and select Download from Scratch.

  3. Click the circular icon next to the dropdown. When prompted, confirm by selecting Yes.

 

 

Step 3: Save Changes Once the sync process is completed and marked as “Done!”, click Save.

 

Final Step:

Attempt to post the orders again. The error should be resolved.
