Cause of the issue:

This error comes while posting an order to QuickBooks and the QuickBooks data has not been updated in Webgility.


Steps to fix:

1). Navigate to "Connections", "Stores", "Advanced Settings".

2). Under Additional settings tab click Clear for both  "Last download date for Quickbooks items" & "Last download date for Quickbooks customers", once done then click Save and Close.

 

2). Now click on Connection then click on Get latest data & settings 


 

3). In the pop-up window, click Download Data. This may take several minutes if you have a lot of data in your accounting file.

4). Once this is complete you will be shown a message indicating that the download was successful.


Alternate Method

Redownload all the data:

There is another alternate way to re-download all the QuickBooks data in Webgility.

1). Go to Connection then click on Get Latest Data & Settings, under Download Quickbooks data and settings, click on the down arrow to the right of the Download data.

2). This will give you another option to Re-download data. Once selected, it will fetch the data from QuickBooks from scratch for the selected options.

 

3). After downloading the data we need to save the posting settings. Please follow the below steps

4). Navigate to "Connections", "Accounting/POS/ERP", "Sync Settings".


 

5). This screen is where you can click Save & Continue for each tab to save the settings finishing with the Expenses and Fees tab


After saving the settings, try posting an order to QuickBooks. If the issue continues please feel free to contact Webgility Support.
