Post to QuickBooks Failed Due to QuickBooks Found an Error When Parsing the Provided XML Text Stream
You may receive the above error when trying to post an order into QuickBooks when the order contains special characters in the customer information or other fields on the order details page.
Troubleshooting:
1). Double-click on the order and check if there are any special characters present on the Customer information page, if yes you need to remove them and select Save. Once saved, you can post the order to QuickBooks.
2). If everything is correct on the customer information please check on the Details tab, look for any special characters, remove them, and Save the details. Once saved, you can post the order to QuickBooks.
