Reason for Error:
This error can occur when Webgility Desktop Software attempts to communicate with QuickBooks POS, particularly if the Webgility Scheduler is stuck. This is a known issue with QuickBooks POS and there is no permanent fix, we recommend following the troubleshooting steps below as a temporary solution.
Steps To Resolve:
Check for Updates - Verify if there are any pending updates for both the QuickBooks POS application and your current Windows system. Install any available updates.
Restart POS System - Close the POS application on all the POS machines, and reboot the main POS Database machine.
Restart the Webgility Application.
Restart POS services - Open ‘Services’ in Windows, Locate QBPOS Database Manager, right-click on it, and Restart, as shown in the image below.
