COM Class Exception Error in Webgility Online
This error could occur if there is an issue when Webgility Online is integrated with QuickBooks Desktop using the Webgility Extension.
Please follow the instructions mentioned below:
1). Install the Webgility merge module. Go to C: drive> Webgility> UnifyExtension, locate Unify MergeModule, do a right-click, and select Install.
After installing the Merge Module, if you still get the “COM class” error, then turn on Windows .NET features by following the below steps

1). For enabling both .NET Framework 3.5 (which includes.NET 2.0 and 3.0) and 4.8 Advanced Services, please follow these steps:
Open the Control Panel on your computer.
Navigate to Programs and then select Programs and Features.
In the left-hand panel, click on Turn Windows features on or off. This will open the Windows Features dialog box.
Look for the .NET Framework versions, specifically ".NET Framework 3.5" and "4.8 Advanced Services".
Check the corresponding checkboxes next to these versions to enable them.
Click OK to save the changes.
Then Select Let Windows update download the files for you.
Once the download process is complete, install the Module again and try the connection.
