How to Sync Price Using Webgility Online
This article guides Webgility Online users on how to synchronize product sale prices between QuickBooks Online and their sales channel using Webgility Online. It explains how to identify out-of-sync items, select products for synchronization, and choose the appropriate source and destination systems (QuickBooks or Sales Channel) based on which platform holds the master data. This article describes the steps to synchronize the Sale Price of the items from QuickBooks Online to the Sales Channel and vice versa.
Steps to follow:

In Webgility Online go to Products > Price
- From the dropdown menu, choose the option Out of Sync to see the out-of-sync items, in-sync items, or all the Products.
- Select the items that you would like to sync and click on the Sync button.
- As soon as you click on the Sync option, you need to choose the From and To options from the drop-down. For example, if QuickBooks is your master data, from would be set to QuickBooks (Source), and to would be set to Sales Channel (Destination)
- At last, you’ll see a successfully synced notification.
