Shopify Orders Not Downloading in Webgility Online
This help article guides Webgility Online users on troubleshooting issues where Shopify orders are not downloading. It outlines steps to verify and reauthorize the Shopify sales channel connection, review and adjust order download settings, and manually refresh orders. Troubleshooting Steps:
1). Check the Shopify sales channel Connection with Webgility Online

Click on the Connection button at the bottom left of the Webgility Online application.

Click Reauthorize to reconnect your sales channel.
Disclaimer: Do not disconnect and reconnect the sales channels in Webgility Online, as this will clear all previous data and settings.
2). Check the Order Download Settings and Set the Order Download Date

Click on Preferences.

Under the Status option, select the order status that needs to be downloaded from the sales channel.

Set the correct date from when you want to download the orders.

Click Save.
3). Download Orders

Go to Sales> Orders.

Click on the Refresh button. The orders should appear in the New Orders tab.
Note: Check if the orders have already been downloaded to the Webgility Online application. They might be stuck in the Errors tab or moved to the Ignored tab.
