Unposting is the process of deleting any transaction that has been posted to QuickBooks through Webgility. With unposting Webgility will also undo any payment entry if created for the orders, and also add the product quantity back into QuickBooks inventory.
Steps:
1. Once you are logged in to Webgilty Online, navigate to Accounting > Orders.
2. Go to the Posted tab, and select the orders you want to unpost. Then click UNPOST.
2. This will unpost the orders from QuickBooks, and move the orders back into the New Orders tab in Webgility Online.
