How to Unpost Orders in Webgility Online
This article helps Webgility Online users unpost orders in Webgility Online that were previously posted to QuickBooks Online. Unposting allows users to reverse transactions such as invoices, sales receipts, and payments that were sent from Webgility Online to QuickBooks Online. The article also explains that when an order is unposted, Webgility Online will restore any associated inventory quantities in QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate records. This feature is especially helpful for correcting posting errors, updating order information, or modifying payment details after posting to the accounting software.
Steps:
1. After logging in to Webgility Online, go to Sales(On the left panel) and then select Posted Orders from the drop down.
2. Access the Posted tab and choose the orders you want to unpost. Next, click on the UNPOST option. On the confirmation screen, click Yes.
3. This will unpost the orders from QuickBooks Online, and move the orders back into the New Orders tab in Webgility Online.
