How to Unpost Orders in Webgility Online

Learn how to reverse posted orders within Webgility Online.

Unposting removes transactions that have been sent to QuickBooks Online using Webgility Online. During the unposting process, Webgility will reverse any payment entries created for the orders and restore the product quantity into QuickBooks inventory.


1. After logging in to Webgility Online, go to Sales(On the left panel) and then select Posted Orders from the drop down.

2. Access the Posted tab and choose the orders you want to unpost. Next, click on the UNPOST option. On the confirmation screen, click Yes.

3. This will unpost the orders from QuickBooks, and move the orders back into the New Orders tab in Webgility Online.
