How to Void a Shipment in Webgility Desktop

This help article explains how Webgility Desktop users can void a shipment in Webgility Desktop when a shipping label has already been generated but needs to be canceled. It outlines the two available methods for voiding a shipment either directly from the order details window or from the Tracking tab on the shipping processing screen. This feature is particularly useful for correcting shipping errors, updating shipment information, or reprocessing orders before fulfillment.

Steps to follow:

1. Double-click the order number that you want to void shipment for. This opens the order details window.

2. Under the shipping section in the order details window, click Void.

3. If you have generated a shipment and are still viewing the shipping processing screen, go to the Tracking tab and click Void, here.
