How to Connect Webgility Desktop to ShippingEasy
This article provides a step-by-step guide to Webgility Desktop users for connecting Webgility Desktop with ShippingEasy. It outlines the process of adding ShippingEasy as a sales channel, retrieving and entering the required API Key and Secret, and testing the connection within Webgility Desktop. By following these instructions, users can successfully integrate ShippingEasy with Webgility Desktop to streamline order and shipping management.
1. In Webgility Desktop, navigate to Connections > Sales channels and click Add New Sales channel. If this is the first channel you are adding, you can skip this step.

2. In the pop-up screen, select the sales channel as ShippingEasy to connect, add sales channel a name, and click Continue.
3. Once you click Continue, Webgility Desktop will require you to enter an API Key and API Secret.
4. To retrieve your API Key, click View Access Key and open your browser. It will then ask you to enter your ShippingEasy credentials.
5. Once you successfully login, the API Key window will open and you will need to copy and paste the keys into Webgility Desktop.
6. Then, click Test Connection and Webgility Desktop will connect to ShipStation.
7. Enter your business contact information.
