How to File a Claim with Webgility Insured Shipments

Claims Management

Webgility Insurance is powered by InsureShip, and InsureShip handles all claims.

Filing a Claim

To file a claim, call InsureShip at (866) 701-3654.

If a customer’s package is lost, InsureShip must give the carriers time to deliver the shipment (30 days for domestic and 45 days for international). After the time periods have been met, a customer may file for non-delivery claims. If damaged, the insured may file a notice of damage with InsureShip immediately. All claims must be filed within 90 days of the shipment date to be honored.

Payment

Once InsureShip has received a properly executed claim, the claim will be paid within 7-10 business days.
