Ignored View in Webgility Desktop

The ignored view is used when Webgility has detected that an order has moved to a status that is not normally downloaded into the software from the store configuration.


You should not normally see any orders in the Ignored View but there are a few cases.

  • You have refreshed an order and it was set to a canceled status from the online store.

  • Our support team enabled the option to download but place in ignore in order to troubleshoot an issue.

  • The shopping cart uses an abandoned cart feature and needs to download unfinished orders.
