Here's how this process works:​

1. Submit Your Request

  • Email us at support@webgility.com
  • With Detailed Explanation of the workflow from your Store to Webgility Desktop to QuickBooks, screenshots will be easier to understand.

2. Connect with Professional Services

Connect and chat with our Professional Services team in more detail about your request and schedule a meeting with us for better understanding.

3. Review & Approve Quote

Once we have our discussion over the scheduled meeting, our team will check the feasibility of the Customization Request, once done we will help you with a quotation and an ETA.

4. Submit Payment

After reviewing the Quotation, navigate to portal.webgility.com and go to Add-ons then Custom Request, once the payment has been submitted, after this point, our Professional Services team will get started and initiate the Development Stage.

5. Ready To Deploy!

Once the request is ready, your support representative will reach out and help you Deploy the new request.
