ErrorCode: 2390 - There is no income account associated with the item "There is no income account associated with the item "Test". Is it marked for sale, and has an income account associated with it?". Is it marked for sale, and has an income account associated with it?
Cause of the error:
In the "Create New Item" settings under Product Sync Settings on the bottom left corner, an incorrect Income Account is selected. As a result, the user is encountering an error when posting an order.
Possible Solution:
On your QuickBooks Online select the correct income account for the product and services as shown in the screenshot.
After adding or modifying the Income account on your QuickBooks Online, go back to your Webgility Online and download the latest data and settings, and then post the order to QuickBooks from the error tab.
