Steps to resolve:
Step 1: Log in your Webgility Online, Navigate to Connections > Accounting Platform
Step 2: Click on “Remove” and reconnect to the same Quickbooks file as the admin.
Note: Make sure to reconnect to the correct QuickBooks file using the admin account. If multiple QuickBooks files exist, connecting to the wrong one will result in the loss of data and settings in Webgility, and you'll need to reconfigure them.
