Input String Was Not in Correct Format
This error message usually occurs while posting the orders into your Accounting System and the reason behind it is the database has not been updated and data is missing related to the items.
Troubleshooting
1). Perform a backup of the Webgility Database following the steps mentioned in the following help link (click here)
2). Download the latest accounting data by going to Integrations>Get latest data and settings>Quickbooks Data and Settings. Under Download Data> select Redownload All Data and wait for the process to complete.
3). You may need to check if there are special characters within the order or something that doesn’t fit within the given line or column. This may also cause an issue.
Once done, you should be able to post the orders again successfully.
