How To Ignore Shopify Orders From Various POS Locations
If your Shopify POS has multiple locations for sales collection, Webgility Desktop will download orders from all these locations when retrieving orders.
This article will help you ignore the orders from the locations you do not want to download.
Steps:
1). Login to Webgility Desktop.
2). Go to Integrations> Get Latest Data & Settings. Download the Locations from the Shopify store admin. As shown in the screenshot below.
3). Navigate to Integrations> Stores> Advanced Settings
4). In the Advanced Settings dialog box, navigate to the Additional Setting tab.
5). Navigate to Ignore Order from these Locations, and select the Shopify POS location from where we want to ignore the orders to download
6). Click Save.
Note:
For Shopify POS orders, which have a designated location, you can download them and their location information. To manage this, utilize the Advanced Settings Ignore Order from these locations to control the POS order download as discussed above.
For web orders in Shopify where the location is 'Null' during download in Webgility Desktop, you can use the advanced setting 'Ignore Order from these sources to limit the web order download based on your requirements.
