Import/Export functionality for Orders, Refunds, Products, and Mapped/Unmapped Items in Webgility Online

In Webgility Online, you can import and export various data, including orders, refunds, products, and mapped/unmapped items. This article shows you how to import and export data in Webgility Online.

Importing Orders:

1). Login to Webgility Online by visiting https://my.webgility.com/.

2). In the left column, select Accounting and then select Orders.

3). On the top right corner of the page, you will see a box icon with an arrow. Click on that icon to import orders.

4). Two options will be displayed:

  • Export filtered orders: This option allows you to export only the orders that are set in the filters.

  • Export all orders: This option enables you to export all orders in your Webgility Online account.

5). If you select specific orders by marking them, an additional button will appear, allowing you to export only the selected orders.

Exporting Refunds:

To export refund orders, navigate to the Refund tab.

Follow the same process mentioned in the Importing Orders section to export refund orders.

Exporting Products:

1). Click on the Product option in the left column.

2). You will see multiple tabs, such as Missing in Quickbooks and Quickbooks Matched.

3). Each tab has a similar button located in the top right corner for exporting the items within that particular tab.

Exporting and Importing Mapped Items:

1). Under the Mapped Items tab, you will find both Export and Import buttons.

2). You can export the existing mapping by clicking on the Export button.

3). If you wish to change the mapping of items in bulk, edit the exported mapping file.

4). Update the items in the CSV sheet and save it.

5). To update the mapping, import the updated CSV sheet using the Import button.

Adding New Items to Mapping:

1). To add more items to the mapping, include them in the CSV sheet.

2). Import the CSV sheet into Webgility Online to map the additional items.

Webgility Online offers a convenient Import/Export functionality that allows you to manage various data types such as orders, refunds, products, and mappings.
