Amazon connection issue - Webgility Online

Error converting value 0 to type ‘eCCCloud.Mode.SettingsProfile’.Path”,line 1, position 1

Encountering an Amazon connection issue may lead to errors in order processing and other operations to this order in Webgility.

Error Description:

Error converting value 0 to type ‘eCCCloud.Mode.SettingsProfile’.Path”,line 1, position 1.

To Troubleshoot this issue, follow the steps below:

1). Login to Webgility Online:

  • Access your Webgility account online and navigate to Settings> Connection> Edit.

  • Click on Update Credentials and Reconnect

2). Look for pop-ups: Please check that pop-ups are disabled, then click on confirm to continue.

3). Authorize Webgility: Upon confirmation and entering Amazon Seller Central login credentials acknowledge the Webgility Online’s application usage and permissions to further initiate the process. Click on next as mentioned in the screenshot below:

4). Verify Successful Connection: Following the preceding instructions, a success pop-up showing a successful reconnection to Amazon should appear in Webgility.

5). Lower Security levels (Optional): If the issue persists and you are unable to proceed with the connection, you can try lowering the Internet security level under your Internet security settings. 6). Try Amazon Seller Central Reconnection (Optional): After making the necessary security configuration adjustments, retry the Amazon connection process. (Note: This step should only be done if following step 5 above).
