Post to NetSuite Failed: Inventory Items Must Have a Positive Amount
We receive the above error when we are using NetSuite as an accounting platform and we are trying to post an order from Webgility to NetSuite.
Resolution:
1). First, you need to check the Webgility version, if it is not on the latest version then first you need to update to the latest version. Please refer to the following link on upgrading Webgility to the latest version. (LINK)
2). Second, all the line items inside the order should have a unique SKU including discount, and it should resolve the issue.
