How to Re-download Orders into Webgility Online
Reason for re-downloading orders:
If any updates are missing from the order, you can re-download the orders to refresh the order information.
If any personally identifiable information (PII) data has been deleted and you need to retrieve that data, you will have to redownload the orders.
If an order has been modified on a sales channel, then to download those updates, we have to redownload the orders.
To apply any changes made to the configuration related to order download settings, you will need to re-download the orders to reflect those changes.
Steps:
1). In Webgility Online, navigate to Sales > Orders > New Orders tab. Select the order by checking the box next to the order. Then on the More Actions drop-down select Refresh Order(s).
2). To redownload orders in bulk, please go to Webgility Online, navigate to Sales > Orders > New Orders tab, and check the box beside the orders you wish to refresh. Then on the More Actions drop-down select Refresh Order(s).
