1. Go to Settings > Connections and Click on Edit under the eBay store. Click on Update Credentials.

2. Next, click Continue. This will open up an eBay pop-up window where you will need to login to your account. Make sure pop-up blocker is not enabled.

3. Enter your email and password, then click Sign in.

4. Grant Webgility access by selecting I agree.

5. Your store credentials are updated and you will be shown a Successful connection message.
