Steps to edit eBay connections in Webgility Online:
1). Navigate to Connections
- Go to the Connections section in Webgility Online and click on Reauthorize under the eBay sales channel.
- A new window will appear, guiding you through the three steps required to reconnect your store and update your credentials. Click Next to proceed. You will be directed to the Authorize Data Sync tab, which provides options for the next steps. Click Next to continue.
Note: Ensure that your pop-up blocker is disabled, as a pop-up window will open.
3. Log in to Your eBay Account
- In the eBay pop-up window, enter your eBay email and password, then click Sign in.
4. Grant Webgility Access
- When prompted, select I agree to grant Webgility access to your eBay account.
5). Confirm Successful Connection
- Once complete, you’ll see a Successful connection message, indicating that your eBay Sales Channel credentials have been updated.
