Webgility customers who use QuickBooks Online can set their automation frequency to nightly or 15 minutes — down from hourly. Customers who currently have their automation frequency hourly will switch to the 15-minute option automatically.
1. Sign in to Webgility and confirm your orders are posting to QuickBooks correctly. Post a few orders manually to double-check.
2. Navigate to Automation.
3. Under Scheduler Rules, select the Automation frequency dropdown, change the frequency to 15 minutes/Nightly as you want, and then click Save.
