When the option to "Download State Code In Orders" is not enabled, orders will display the state name fully spelled out. To download state codes (e.g., "CA" instead of "California"), follow these steps:
Steps to Enable State Codes in Webgility Desktop
1). Navigate to Advanced Settings:
Open Webgility and go to: Connections> Sales Channels> Advanced Settings> Other
2). Enable State Code Option:
- Check the box for Download State Code in Orders.
- Click Save.
Note: This option is only applicable to orders from the United States.
3). Now orders that are downloaded to Webgility will be shown in the State field with the state's two-letter abbreviation.
4). To apply this change to orders that you have already downloaded to Webgility, you will need to re-download the orders from the Sales Channel.
