To connect your WooCommerce Sales Channel you will need to download the Webgility Extension, a plugin that you will then upload to your WooCommerce site. Make sure you have your WordPress admin login credentials. Then, watch the video below as it guides you through the entire connection process. While Webgility does not support a direct connection to custom Sales Channels, you are able to import orders directly into Webgility via a CSV file so you can record these sales in your accounting solution. Use our help doc for a step-by-step guide to complete the integration with your customer's sales channel, here.

If you have already connected one or more sales channel in Webgility, to connect another Sales Channel you will want to go to Integrations > Stores > Add New Store. From there you will want to select your Sales Channel type and then follow the instructions for that particular sales channel to connect.

Following connection, you are able to customize the actual configuration of each of your sales channel in Webgility Scheduler to automate an array of actions across orders, products, and notifications. Watch below.
