Alert Message:

You have already enabled product sync settings that automatically download the latest product data from both your accounting system and store. Please disable the product download settings in both the store and accounting.


Overview:

If you are syncing products from the Sales Channel through Scheduler by navigating to 'Download Sales Channel Updates' > 'Sales Channel Items' and this tab is active, then attempting to sync products from Accounting under the Master Data option in the Products and Inventory column will trigger the following alert when you try to save the sync settings under scheduler settings.

Steps of Troubleshooting:

1). Go to the 'Download Sales Channel Updates’ section under the same scheduler settings and check if the toggle for ‘Sales Channel Items’ is turned on, if yes, turn it off.

2). Then, after turning the toggle off, try to ‘Save’ the settings again and this time it will get successfully saved.
