Steps to Monitor and Increase Your Order Limit

Log in to the Webgility Portal
Visit portal.webgility.com and log in using your account credentials. -
Check Plan & Usage

Click the chart icon on the left-side navigation menu to access the Plan & Usage section.

Scroll down to view your current usage, including:

Orders downloaded from your sales channel(s)

Orders posted to QuickBooks

Purchase Additional Order Volume

If your monthly download limit has been reached, click Add-ons in the left menu.

Select Purchase Add-ons from the submenu.

Select and Buy Add-ons

On the next screen, review the available Monthly Order Volume options.

Choose the required add-on based on your expected volume.

Click Continue to complete the payment process.

Apply Changes

Once your payment is processed, the new order limit will be applied immediately to your account.

Restart Webgility Desktop to ensure the updated limits are reflected.
