Guided Onboarding for Trial Users
We’ve launched a new minimal onboarding flow for trial users logging into Webgility Online. The goal is to provide a clear, simple and linear path that leads users to successfully syncing an order.- Trial users are guided step-by-step toward their first test sync.
- We encourage users to sync an order using default settings and then revert the sync, so they can experience value early, before spending time configuring settings.
- Users will see downloaded order data before syncing, improving transparency and confidence.
- We will actively track user engagement to inform future iterations of the onboarding experience.
Settings Improvements
- For all account-selection options, we now limit dropdown values to only valid account types. For example, the “Clearing account” dropdown will display only Bank accounts and Other Current Assets. This applies across all account-related fields to prevent users from selecting incorrect accounts and encountering errors.
- Resolve error of Tax Exemption Reason should be specified. We will pass on "Other" value to be the Tax exemption reason so that the users won't be blocked by a blank value.
- Several text updates on the Settings page to make options clearer and more intuitive.
