Webgility Online: Fixing Missing Shopify Orders

This article helps Webgility Online users understand and resolve issues related to missing Shopify orders in Webgility Online, providing clear guidance to ensure all orders are accurately imported and synchronized.

Search for the Missing Order

  • Go to Sales > Orders in Webgility Online.

  • Use the search bar to look for the missing order(s).

  • Refer to the GIF below for a quick demonstration.


2. Check Order Status in Your Sales Channel

  • If the order does not appear in Webgility, check its status directly in your online sales channel.

  • Ensure the order has a status that is supported and selected for download into Webgility Online.


3. Verify Order Download Settings in Webgility

  • Navigate to Connections > Shopify Sales Channel > Preference Settings.

  • Confirm that the relevant order statuses are selected under "Order Download" settings.

  • Click Save to apply any changes.


4. Refresh and Download Orders

  • Return to Sales > Orders in Webgility Online.

  • Click the Refresh icon to initiate a manual sync.

  • Within a few minutes, the previously missing orders should now appear in your Webgility account.
