Webgility IP Addresses to Whitelist at Your Hosting Provider
Find the server IP addresses required for Webgility to connect to your online store and learn how to whitelist them with your hosting provider.
If your hosting provider or shopping cart blocks unknown IP addresses, Webgility cannot reach your store until you whitelist the three IP addresses below.
This applies to carts connected through the Webgility Store Module plugin. Some carts and hosts restrict access to the admin area or the server by IP address, for example after a security audit or maintenance change. When that happens, Webgility's requests are blocked and the store shows connection errors.
IP addresses to whitelistAdd all three addresses to the allow list. Whitelisting only one or two may leave the connection blocked.

Whitelisting is usually needed when a store that was connected, or is being connected, through the Store Module plugin stops responding to Webgility. Common cases:
- The store shows connection or authentication errors during setup or sync, and the plugin is installed correctly.
- Your shopping cart (for example X-Cart) has restricted admin area access to approved IP addresses only, as a security measure after an audit or maintenance.
- Your hosting provider, firewall, or security plugin (such as a WAF or DDoS protection) blocks requests from unrecognized IP addresses.
- The connection worked before and failed after a hosting, security, or firewall change.
The exact steps depend on where the block is set. If you are not sure, contact your hosting provider or your cart's support and share the three addresses above.
- Log in to your hosting control panel, firewall, or security tool, or to your shopping cart's admin settings.
- Find the IP allow list (also called whitelist, IP access, or IP restrictions).
- Add each of the three IP addresses listed above.
- If the block is set in more than one place (for example both the host and the cart), add the IPs in each place.
- Save the changes and allow a few minutes for them to take effect.
After saving the changes, return to Webgility and test the store connection or run a sync. If it connects, no further action is needed.
If the connection still fails, contact Webgility Support and include your store name, the cart platform, the exact error message, and confirmation that all three IP addresses were whitelisted.
