Resolution Steps

1. Re-download the Settlement Report

  • Go to Webgility > Order > Amazon > Settlement report

  • Select the profile showing the error.

  • Re-download the latest Settlement Report from Amazon to ensure you're working with a complete and accurate file.

2. Undo Sync and Unpost the Settlement

  • Locate the specific Settlement Report that failed to post correctly.

  • Use Undo Sync to reverse any transactions associated with the report.

  • Click Unpost Settlement to clear any incorrect or partial data.

3. Re-post the Settlement Report

  • After unposting, select Post Settlement to sync the newly downloaded report.

  • Ensure the report processes without error and all data is posted correctly to your accounting software.
