Understanding and Restoring Ignored Items in Webgility Desktop Product Mapping
This article helps Webgility Desktop users understand why certain items may not appear in the product mapping list interface within Webgility Desktop. It explains that items marked as “ignored” often due to manual selection during earlier data management or reconciliation tasks are intentionally excluded from the mapping view, and provides guidance on how to review or restore them if needed.
Steps To Resolve:
- Navigate to Connections >> Get latest QuickBooks & Sales Channel item data in Webgility.
- In the Products tab verify Ignored items by using the filer to sort all the items which are ignored in Webgility.
- Check your Sales Channel connection under Manage Sales Channels & download the store item data from scratch.
- Once the items are downloaded the missing item should populate in the list.
