Troubleshooting Orders Stuck in the Scheduled Tab while syncing Amazon Settlement Report with Webgility Desktop.

This article helps Webgility Desktop users resolve issues where orders become stuck in the Scheduled tab during the syncing of an Amazon Settlement Report.

Steps To Resolve:

  • While syncing the Settlement Reports to QuickBooks some users might face an error related to orders stuck in the Scheduled Tab and Webgility is not able to sync them to QuickBooks.
  • Copy the order numbers from the error prompt by click on the error prompt, press Ctrl+c on your keyboard and paste the prompt on the notepad.
  • In Webgility Desktop Dashboard go to Schedule Tab, make sure the scheduler is not running in the background. Select the orders which are impacting the settlement reports posting.
  • Once selected click on Move Orders, this will move the selected orders from Scheduled Tab to New Orders.
  • Navigate back to Orders go to Amazon and click on Settlement Reports and retry posting the report to QuickBooks.
