Troubleshooting Amazon Settlement Report Download Failures in Webgility Desktop

Steps to Resolve the Issue Using Manual CSV Import:

1. Manually Download the CSV from Amazon Seller Central

  • Log in to Amazon Seller Central.

  • Navigate to Reports > Payments.

  • Choose All Statements or select the specific settlement period.

  • Locate the report and click Download Flat File V2 (.csv) (or a similar CSV option).

2. Import the CSV File into Webgility Desktop

  • Open Webgility Desktop.

  • Go to the Settlement Reports section.

  • Click Get Reports, then choose the Manual Import option (label may vary by version).

  • Browse to the location of the downloaded CSV file and select it.

  • Confirm the upload and review the data to ensure it was imported successfully.

3. Confirm the Report is Working as Expected
