This process ensures a secure and functional link between your Walmart sales data and Webgility Desktop.
Steps to Connect Your Walmart Sales Channel
Follow these steps to integrate your Walmart sales channel with Webgility Desktop:

Start the Integration Process:
- Open Webgility Desktop and go to Integrations > Stores > Add.
- (If this is the first sales channel you are adding to Webgility Desktop, you can proceed directly, skipping the "Add" button.)

Select Your Sales Channel Type:
- In the pop-up window that appears, choose Walmart as the sales channel type.
- Give your sales channel a descriptive name (e.g., "My Walmart Store").
- Click Continue to proceed.

Log into Walmart:
- A web browser will automatically open, directing you to the Walmart login screen.
- Enter your Walmart account credentials (username and password) and click Log In.

Access API Settings in Walmart Seller Center:
- Once logged into your Walmart Seller Center, click the Settings gear icon (usually located in the top right corner).
- From the dropdown menu, select API and then go to Consumer IDs & Private Keys.

Generate API Keys:
- On the Consumer IDs & Private Keys page, you will see information about generating your API keys.
- Click on the Walmart Developer Portal link to continue this process. This will take you to the necessary page to generate your unique Client ID and Client Secret.

Enter API Keys in Webgility Desktop:
- Once you have generated your Client ID and Client Secret from the Walmart Developer Portal, copy them one by one.
- Paste the Client ID into the corresponding "Client ID" field in Webgility Desktop.
- Paste the Client Secret into the corresponding "Client Secret" field in Webgility Desktop.

- After both API keys are entered into Webgility Desktop, click the Connect to Walmart button.
- Webgility Desktop will then establish the connection and download the necessary information from your Walmart sales channel.

Enter Business Contact Information:
- A new screen will prompt you to provide your business contact information.
- Please fill in the required fields, which are typically marked with a red asterisk (*).
