This behavior may occur if sync settings in Webgility Desktop include both quantity and price—even if price sync was not explicitly selected by you. A technical resolution was released to prevent this issue, and a settings update may be required on your end.
Steps to Resolve:

Open Webgility Desktop.

Navigate to:
Products > Settings > Sync Settings -
Under the section “Select the fields to keep in sync,”

If both Quantity and Price are selected, update it to select only Quantity.

Then, Save the settings.

If You Cannot Log in to Webgility Desktop:
Please install the latest version from https://portal.webgility.com and then proceed with the above steps.
If You Are Logged In:
