1. Confirm the Shipping Address Details

Start by reviewing the affected order in your Webgility Desktop Admin Portal:

  • Open the order and locate the Shipping Address section

  • Check for completeness:

    • Street Address

    • City

    • Postal Code

    • Country

    • Region/State (if applicable)

Validate the Address Format

Carefully inspect each field:

Mandatory Fields Present?
Ensure no required fields are blank.

Correct Format?

  • Postal code structure based on country
