How to Fix It Step by Step
1. Set the Correct eBay Product Listed Date

Go to Connections > Accounting/POS/ERP

Click Sync Settings

Navigate to the Products section

Find Download products from eBay

Under List from this date, choose a backdate far enough to include all items you want

Click Save and Continue
2. Clear the Previous Download Date

Go to Connections > Sales Channels

Click Advanced Settings

Under the Application tab, locate Last download date for Store Items

Click the Clear button

Save the settings and close
3. Refresh Product Data in Webgility

Go to Products > All Products (under your eBay sales channel on the left)
