Resolving eBay Order download Failures in Webgility Desktop
This article helps Webgility Desktop users troubleshoot and resolve issues when orders from eBay are not downloading into Webgility Desktop. It provides steps to identify common causes and apply effective solutions to ensure successful order synchronization.
Steps To Resolve:
- Update Webgility under Help and click on Check For Updates.
- Verify eBay Sales Channel Connection under Connections go to Manage Sales Channel click on the edit icon and Test Store Connection.
- Check the order download settings, date and selected order statuses, navigate to Connections go to Sales Channels and click on Sales Channel Settings,
- Once verified retry downloading the orders.
