Steps to Resolve and Prevent Future Duplicates
Step 1: Stop the Scheduler on Extra Machines
For every non-server or workstation:

Locate the Webgility Scheduler icon in the Windows system tray.

Right-click the icon and choose Exit or Stop Scheduler.
Step 2: Disable Scheduler from Windows Startup
To ensure it doesn't restart automatically:

Open Task Manager (
Ctrl + Shift + Esc

Go to the Startup tab.

Right-click on Unify Scheduler and select End Task.

Repeat this step on all workstations.
Step 3: Confirm Only One Active Scheduler

Make sure only the server has the Scheduler running.
