Steps to Fix the Issue
1. Fully Restart Webgility Desktop

Exit Webgility Desktop completely using the “Exit” option—not just by closing the window.

Open Task Manager and make sure no Webgility-related processes like
Unify.exe
orUnifycheduler.exe
are still running. -
Once confirmed, relaunch Webgility Desktop and try downloading orders again.
2. Check Shopify Store Connection
