What to Check
1. Review Download Settings

Open Webgility Desktop.

Go to Connections > Sales Channels > Settings.

Look for order status filters and confirm that both open and closed orders are selected.
2. Save and Retry the Download

After updating the settings, return to Orders > Get New Orders.
